Hi,
we (our family) are customers.
Recently we applied and received a vanity plate and once that was done, our agent asked that we should cancel the old plate which we did. The registry canceled the registrations for both (old and vanity plates) following that online transaction.
We asked your agent to have help reinstate it and they sent your employee to the registry today but the transaction was declined due to lack of understanding (I was told) from the registry's perspective. We aren't blaming anyone, we just want this registration reisntated....Is it anyway someone can help us as we cant drive the car?

Thank you,
George Papamitrou
