What Happens After I Submit My Claim?
Once a Murphy Insurance client team member receives your claim report:
- We review your claim and call you if we have any questions.
- We submit your claim to your insurance company.
- A claims adjuster from your insurance company will contact you directly to discuss your claim. In some cases, the insurance company may request that you submit additional information, but generally, the online form is sufficient.
- In many instances, your claim will be resolved through your discussions with the insurance company representative.
- If you have any questions or service issues while working with the insurance company on your claim, please contact a Murphy Insurance client support professional for further assistance. We want to ensure that your claim is handled fairly.
