Court Hearing Filing Fee Refunds for Civil Motor Vehicle Infractions

A recent federal court decision (Crawford v. Blue et al.) now requires refunds for the $25 court hearing request fee if a driver was found not responsible for all civil motor vehicle infractions on their citation.
