Thank you & be safe on Thanksgiving

Nov 27 2013

Michael Murphy  President

At this season of thanks, we want to acknowledge and give thanks to all of those who have contributed to our ongoing success. First and foremost to our customers for your continued loyalty and trust in Murphy Insurance Agency. We never take for granted that you have chosen us to help you protect you, your family, your business and all that is important. Know that we will continue to work diligently to take care of you and support you as your needs change.

I also want to thank our dedicated Associates, who take care of our customers day in and day out. They are the face of Murphy Insurance Agency, and we are grateful to have a group of such talented, knowledgeable and friendly people. Working with all of you makes it a pleasure to come to work each day.

I also want to thank all the great people at the insurance companies that we work with to help protect our customers. Your support and professionalism is key to our success.

be safe

If you are cooking this holiday, be sure to follow safe cooking practices in the kitchen to prevent a fire that could ruin your holiday season. And, as you know, the Thanksgiving hoiday and weekend are among the busiest travel days of the year and as a result some of the most dangerous for potential accidents. Whether you are traveling near or far, please take extra care. We want you to be safe, so remember to:

  • Buckle up
  • Share the road...be patient if there are delays
  • Avoid distracted driving...focus on the road and don’t text while driving
  • Share driving duties with a companion
  • Obey speed limits & road rules
  • Stay alert...stop every two hours
  • Don’t drink and drive
  • Don’t drive drowsy or sleepy
  • Give yourself plenty of time

Again, on behalf of the Murphy family and the Agency team, THANK YOU! We wish you and yours a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
