Medway is a suburban town in Norfolk County, Massachusetts about twenty-five miles southwest of Boston along Interstate 495. Medway was a farming community that grew into a mill town community given it being situated along the Charles River. Today, Medway is a residential community that has made a number of steps to encourage business development in its community. The town employs the Open Town Meeting form of government with a Town Administrator and an elected, 5-member Board of Selectmen. The local high school is Medway High School.
